Three decades of metallurgy, built in Pakistan
Founded in 1989 in Karachi, Pakistan, Empire Mechanical Complex began as a three-person foundry with a single conviction: that world-class castings could be poured, machined and finished under one roof, here at home. More than three decades later, that workshop has grown into an integrated manufacturing facility of over fifty engineers, machinists and foundry men.
Pakistan’s automotive and agricultural-machinery industries have long leaned on imported components. We were built to change that — combining deep metallurgical knowledge with modern machining and reverse engineering to localise, reproduce and improve parts for OEMs and the aftermarket across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Riaz Ahmed
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Riaz Ahmed founded Empire Mechanical Complex in 1989, beginning with just three employees. Over three decades he has grown it into an integrated foundry and machining facility of more than fifty people. His metallurgical training underpins the company's standards on the foundry floor, from melt chemistry to final inspection.
