Sourcing castings from Pakistan
We are a foundry and machine shop in Karachi, supplying mainly within Pakistan. We quote export orders, and this page sets out plainly what we can supply, what paperwork we can provide, and where our limits are today.
What we supply
- Gray cast iron and SG (ductile) iron castings
- Aluminium castings, in sand or gravity dies
- Brass and bronze castings
- Machining of those castings: turning, milling, drilling, tapping, CNC
- Heat treatment, shot blasting, fettling and painting in-house
- Patterns and core boxes made in our own pattern shop
- Reverse engineering of obsolete parts from a single sample
Typical work is tractor, engine, motorcycle and industrial components, made to your drawing or reproduced from a sample. We take single replacement parts as well as repeat batches.
Commercial terms
- Incoterms
- We quote EXW Karachi by default. We can work with your freight forwarder, or quote FOB Karachi on request.
- Payment
- Agreed per order. For a first order we normally expect an advance against the pattern or tooling.
- Lead time
- Depends on the part, whether a pattern is needed and how much machining is involved. We give a date with the quotation rather than a general promise.
- Packing
- Machined faces protected, parts crated or strapped. Tell us if your plant requires a particular packing or marking standard.
- Language
- We correspond in English. Technical drawings in any language are fine, provided dimensions are in metric units.
Documentation: what we can and cannot provide
Overseas buyers ask these questions first, so here are the answers before you write.
Dimensional inspection report
Yes. We measure the critical features in-house and can report them with the shipment.
Material test certificate (chemistry, hardness, tensile)
Through an independent laboratory, arranged by us and charged at cost. We do not own a spectrometer or run a testing laboratory.
EN 10204 3.1 certificate
Not issued by us. Where a laboratory can provide the equivalent report for your part, we will arrange it and pass it to you. Tell us at the enquiry stage, because it affects price and lead time.
ISO 9001 certification
We do not hold it today. If your purchasing policy requires a certified supplier, we are not the right partner yet, and we would rather say so now than after you have spent time on a quotation.
CE marking
CE marking applies to finished products placed on the EU market, not to cast components supplied to a manufacturer. If your part needs a declaration of conformity, that sits with you as the manufacturer; we supply the component and its inspection records.

Include the material, the annual quantity, the documentation you need and your destination port. We reply in English, usually within a working day.
