06Process

From drawing to delivery

A controlled, six-stage route that keeps tolerances and timelines predictable.

  1. 01

    Drawing or Sample

    We start from your CAD file, technical drawing or a physical part, even a worn or broken one.

  2. 02

    Pattern Development

    Patterns and core boxes are made in our own shop, so moulds repeat and changes are quick.

  3. 03

    Casting

    Gray iron, SG (ductile) iron or LM-6 aluminium is melted, poured and shaken out.

  4. 04

    Machining

    Turning, milling, drilling and tapping bring the casting to its final dimensions.

  5. 05

    Inspection

    Dimensional and visual checks on every critical feature, and a fit check against your sample where there is one.

  6. 06

    Delivery

    Finished components are packed and dispatched to you.
