From drawing to delivery

A controlled, six-stage route that keeps tolerances and timelines predictable.

  1. 01

    Receive Drawing or Sample

We start from your CAD drawing, technical print or a physical part.

  2. 02

    Pattern Development

Patterns and core boxes are produced in-house for repeatable molding.

  3. 03

    Casting Production

Gray or ductile iron is poured, controlled and shaken out.

  4. 04

    Machining

Turning, milling and drilling bring the casting to final dimensions.

  5. 05

    Inspection

Dimensional and visual checks verify every critical feature.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Finished components are packed and dispatched for export.

Inside the foundry

Every component starts
as molten metal

Gray and ductile iron, melted and poured in-house, then machined to final tolerance under one roof.
