04What we make

Cast and machined components, to your drawing or sample

These are the kinds of components we quote for. Each one is made to the drawing or sample you send, so the list is a starting point for a conversation rather than a stock list.

Housings & covers

Steering housings, gearbox and pump covers, bearing housings and brackets, in iron or aluminium, cast with cores where the part needs internal passages.

Axle & wheel components

Axle tubes, wheel hubs and similar load-bearing parts, usually in SG (ductile) iron.

Braking & rotational parts

Brake drums and comparable rotational castings, turned and bored to your drawing.

Engine components

Crankshafts and engine castings, cast and machined to the dimensions you supply.

Clutch & drivetrain parts

Smaller series parts such as clutch plates, with splined bores and tapped bosses.

Bushes & bearing components

Brass and bronze castings where the part needs bearing properties or corrosion resistance, machined to size.

Obsolete & imported parts

Any of the above reproduced from one physical sample when the original is no longer available.

What to send for a quotation

You do not need all of it. A sample part and the machine it belongs to is enough to start, and we will ask for the rest.

Request a quotation
  • A drawing, CAD file (PDF, DWG or STEP) or a physical sample
  • What machine or vehicle the part belongs to, and what it does
  • Material grade, if your drawing specifies one
  • Quantity now, and whether more will follow
  • Whether you want it as-cast or fully machined
  • The two or three dimensions that decide whether it fits
